Sam & Angeline Wedding Dinner

Wow, what a busy weekend it was. Friday evening i went to a new chinese restaurant next to Armada Hotel, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia to shoot the wedding dinner of Sam & Angeline. I was shooting as the second shooter for Brian as part of the Yumm Seng team.

Sam and Angeline are a lovely couple and very good looking. The restaurant was also very nice and the design as well as lighting is suitable for a wedding dinner. The couple also added their own little touch of magic to the decorations.

Some decorations in front of the bar decorated with candles and loose pictures of Sam and Angeline’s pre-wedding pictures. They also had some pictures hanging with decorations.. It was lovely.

Lunch at Cozy Place

Today we had lunch at a nice little Restaurant named Cozy Place. Its located in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Its 1 of the shop lots directly behind the famous NZ cafe which is across the road from KFC and Pizza Hut.

As soon as i entered, i was so suprised. The place is like a little English Cottage. The food is good and not too expensive, which just adds to the charm.

There’s a lovely fireplace with all soughts of antiques on top, including 3 ancient guns

Those are just some of the lovely fittings and decorations around the place. It could probably fit about 50-70 people so its also lovely for a small elegant party, an intimate wedding or engagement or even just a romantic meal with your loved one. Oh, and i forgot to mention that the staff are friendly and very accomodating.

One thing i will say, “I’ll definitely be going back!”

Azua & Muzammil Solemnization (Nikah)

A couple of months ago i shot the wedding of my wife’s childhood friend, she who happens to also be named Azua ;-)

Personally i’ve also known Azua and Muzammil a few years and they are lovely together. They had a lovely wedding solemnization (nikah) at the mosque in SS15 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Being there brought back memories of when i performed Hari Raya prayers there as a child. Who would have guessed many years later i’d be back there photographing man and woman tying the knot.

Both of them looked absolutely gorgeous and glowing with love, happiness and a hint of anxiety.
